One thing I am always wanting to do is improve. I like things to be the best they can be. Below is a list of questions I went over with Jimmy last Sunday night. I didn't come up with most of these questions but I think it is a good place to start. Are there any questions you would add?
1. Were there too many or two few announcements?
2. Did the welcome accomplish the purpose?
3. Was the quality of the music appropriate?
4. Was the song selection appropriate and effective?
5. Did people seem to connect with the service?
6. Was the lobby welcoming and inviting?
7. Did it seem that people were greeted and welcomed?
8. Did kids check-in run smoothly?
9. Are there any distractions that need to be discussed?
10. Were there any small things overlooked?
11. Was the message and purpose clear?
12. Were there any portions that were ineffective and/or unnecessary?
13. Was a clear action step presented?
14. Were there any areas that were under prepared?
15. What did other people have to say in their responses?
16. Did setup and tear down go smoothly?

great list I would add the following...
1. Were people too hot or too cold? seriously, this can be a major turn off for first time guests.
2. Did the preacher shake everyone's hand? not serious...this is only for Churches that have been around forever and are looking for an excuse to get mad and not come back! hahahahaha!
No temperature is a big deal. We rarely get it right in the theater.
Thanks for the feedback.
